Cookie statement

Nailbook uses only cookies (and similar local storage) that are strictly necessary to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics, so no cookie consent banner is required.

What we use

  • A sign-in token kept in your browser so you stay logged in to your account. Without it the app cannot keep you signed in.
  • A small number of preference values (for example your chosen language or theme) so the app remembers your settings.

These are set only in the salon app and are essential to providing a service you have asked for. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Third parties

When you make a payment, Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout pages to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. That happens on Stripe's own pages, under Stripe's cookie and privacy notices.

Controlling cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the essential sign-in token will stop you being able to log in.

Changes and contact

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics) we will add a consent banner first and update this statement. Questions: support@nailbook.co.uk.
