Online booking built for nail techs

Give clients a booking page that fits how you actually work, then approve every request before it lands in your diary.

The problem

Agreeing a time over DMs never really stops. Someone books a slot you were never free for, a "can you do Thursday?" gets buried under three other chats, and you end up being the booking system yourself, evenings and all.

How Nailbook handles it

Nailbook gives you your own personal booking link that you can share anywhere: your Instagram bio, a story, a reply to a message. Clients request a time slot that suits them, and nothing lands in your diary until you approve it with one click. If it doesn't suit you, you can propose a different time that works for you both. You stay in control instead of handing your week over.

How it works

  • Share your booking link. Clients see your services, available slots and pick a time.
  • A request comes in. You accept it, or suggest a better time with a tap and the client confirms with one click.
  • Clients can attach an inspiration photo, so you know what you are walking into.
  • On confirmation the client gets an email automatically, and they will receive a visit reminder before the appointment to reduce no-shows.

An example

A client finds your link on a Sunday night and asks for a full set on Wednesday at 6pm, with a photo of their expected result. You are booked until 5, so you suggest 6.30 to give yourself some time to prepare. They accept directly from the email they receive, and it is in your diary before the kettle has boiled.
